If you are on a weight loss journey, then you know how important that bowl of salad is to your diet and with this recipe, you are one step ahead of the game


Ingredients:

Fruits of choice:

¼ cup blueberries

 ¼ cup raspberries

60 gm strawberries

1 medium banana

1 apple

1 cup low-fat Greek Yoghurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp honey (optional)
